Audrey Tautou in Beaumont Puy De Domme, France, was born on the 9th of August in 1976. Audrey Tautou is an eldest child out of 4. Her parents, a dentist and teacher recognized and encouraged her passion for acting and theatre at an early age, which overcame her initial ambition to become a primatologist thanks to her love of monkeys. The rise of her as an actor in the young age was rapid and accompanied by early success. Prior to beginning an acting career Tautou was a participant in Jeunes Premiers an French television show that sought to find talent that was sponsored by Canal+ in 1998. The program also awarded her the title of The award for the Best Young Actress for during the Beziers Festival of Young Actors. Tautou attended the Institut Catholique de Paris, was a churchgoer when she was a child and was raised Catholic. She is now separating herself from her Catholic upbringing. Neben her acting, Tautou has also been a model and the spokesperson in the advertising campaign for L'Oreal Mont Blanc as well as Chanel. In the past, during the Arles Arts Festival, she showed an array of photos under the name Superficial. The majority of her photographs concern the spotlight and fame. The film's success brought Tautou into a wide range of roles, from British dramas as Dirty Pretty Things by Stephen Knight and Jean Pierre Jeunet to Hollywood's The Da Vinci Code with Tom Hanks.
